Weird Al Yankovic Mohegan Sun Arena - CT Concert reviews
Fantastic Show
Always a great time at the Summer Stage of the Pony. Perfect weather as well, not too humid, not too hot, and a nice breeze coming in off the ocean. More of a music fest than a concert. Plenty of room to walk around if you're not too close to the stage, virtually no wait for drinks, and plenty of portajohns--all clean and well-maintained (seriously, if you're 50+ and going to be drinking beer for 5 hours, this is important). I was already a fan of these first two, and this was my first time seeing The Skints. Lots of positive energy. The Interrupters, Tiger Army, and The Skints all were totally on point. Headline Weird Al Yankovic was great, but so were all the other bands. Great crowd of all ages as well, from kids to aged Pogues fans. For $30 a ticket, this is a steal. I'd go to see any of these bands individually.
